Recently renovated and filled with natural light, it offers two balconies, two bedrooms, and a calm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after exploring Madrid on foot.
Located on the third floor of a beautiful protected building dating back to 1880, the apartment has been fully renovated to provide a comfortable, peaceful stay with great attention to detail. Despite its prime central location, it stands out for its quietness and serene ambiance, with two balconies that allow you to enjoy the city without sacrificing rest.
The space is designed to comfortably accommodate families, two couples, or a group of friends. It features two independent bedrooms, both with double beds, separated by a wall with a sliding door that provides flexibility and privacy. Great location!. Every thing you needed for a stay was provided. Could only summon elevator from the first floor—and it was tiny. The host was great with communication. Recommend.

We were very comfortable; liked the location near metro and shops. Could not get elevator to work going down on floors four and three. Loved the picture window. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The host is excellent and very responsive. Unfortunately there are some items that guests should know in advance. The apartment is on the 4 floor. There is an elevator but it didn’t work all the time we were there. Not sure is it’s ever worked so be ready to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. There is a washer but it too doesn’t work. When we arrived the dirty linens were left there from the previous guests and they were never picked up during our stay. There was a bag of garbage from the previous guests that was left as well. We called the host and the cleaning lady came, picked up the garbage bag and tugged the dirty linens under the bed. The apartment is in a great location conveniently located within walking distance to everything.
