Clean. Host was flexible. Great location.

The place is fantastic. If you have a large group, it is perfect to enjoy Nashville and great for a large group to hang out in common spaces. The rooms with large beds and full en suite bathrooms are huge for groups of couples. We really enjoyed the place and I would recommend it to anyone. The communication could have been better regarding the extra three bedrooms. They are great and close but they are the basement of the building next door which was not clear at all and could be explained to save some heartburn by various members of the group. Now that I know it, I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean. It’s conveniently located to the strip downtown. Frank was a great host and was easy to get a hold of.

My stay was just OK. The outside was not in good shape. The porch needs some paint. There were old kids toys and other trash. We called the host however nothing was done. Also be careful of the locks. If you lock the bottom part, you will get locked out
