Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.
It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.
There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.
You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.
Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.
The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.
There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.
Kitchen is fully equipped.

AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.
When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).

About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

El mobiliario está muy nuevo y moderno, hay muchas toallas y menaje de cocina muy completo. La limpieza es exquisita.
La salida a las 10.00 es demasiado pronto, y tener que llevar las llaves presencialmente a la oficina se podría mejorar con un sistema más cómodo, como dejarlas en el apartamento.

The accommodation was very good and we are very pleased with the Smart TV and Nespresso machine you are now putting in.
I found your new check in procedure a bit difficult with the requirement for photo ID on line - but we found a way to deal with it.

This was the second time we were visiting Valencia region and Gandia for holiday at El Eden. Also this time I sent an e.mail til Alicia and Gregorio and asked for one of the apparment we could rent. The El Eden apparment have i good quality, clean, and quiet place for a familiy holiday. Two adult and two children (10 and 6 years old).
View to the sea and countryside. Safety area for living in El Eden. The pools are clean and safety for families with children.
City of Gandia short way by bus and one hour by train to Valencia for shopping and sightseeing.
Our best recommondations and great hospitality from Alica and Gregorio.
