Great space for a large group of people. Perfect if you want a large home base with space for fun.Only downsides:- No central AC meant only two AC units on the first floor; got quite hot sometimes. Bedrooms were fine.- Furniture outside could use cleaning / refreshing- Backyard needs overall weeding / cleanup- Pool vacuum was on and off all weekend

Just had a large group of girls stay here for a Bachelorette party and the house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The house is beautiful, the grounds were really well kept and very clean, The owner was super nice and accommodated opening the pool early for us so we could enjoy it and worked hard to make sure we were happy. They had just finished extending the patio and there was some guys working in the garage next door but it did not bother us and pool came in clutch in the heat. the house stayed nice and cool, so many beds and space and very convenient to downtown and Wiers beach bar scene! We did minni winni party bus and boat and hit up big house for some karaoke of course. Loved this girls trip so much

We had approximately 22 guests and were easily accommodated in the house. It was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, with most of the amenities within 20mins drive. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and there was ample space on the first floor for group activities and games.

This property has the potential to be a five-star rental. The host was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The home is spacious and was perfect for our group of multiple families, with a large living room, pool table, multiple dining areas, two refrigerators, and a beautiful deck overlooking the pool.Unfortunately, it was clear the property is not being maintained or inspected as regularly as it should be. Many bedrooms were missing A/C remotes, several windows had no screens so we couldn’t open them for fresh air, and the single mini-split downstairs wasn’t enough to cool the main living area. Thankfully, the weather was mild.There were also cleanliness and safety concerns. One bedroom had used tissues left at the foot of the bed, the pool wasn’t very clean, and there was broken glass around the pool area, which was concerning with children. The outdoor space also appeared neglected, with missing cushions and patio furniture scattered about.A few other details added up: the main TV remote didn’t work, the kitchen only had a used sponge with no extras, and there weren’t enough trash bags provided for a house this size.With better routine maintenance and attention to detail, this property could easily earn five stars. It’s a wonderful space that simply needs more consistent care.
