This is a great property and we enjoyed every minute of it! Our favorite was the balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. You can literally open the pool gate, walk 20 steps and drop your chairs to set up shop! Our only complaint was the security deposit amount- by far the highest we’ve ever had. That being said- we will be back to this property!

The room needed a little more care. The throw rugs in the room were dirty/soiled. There was hair in the corners of the rooms and on the floor. There were nails sticking up in the doorways so we had to keep the rugs over the doorway in the master bedroom. The tiles were broken in the bathroom. I think the air conditioner needs cleaned they kids room smelled musty. The property outside was overall very nice. I only saw them clean the pool one time.

Overall our trip was great! We had a family reunion with 6 people and a baby and I would say this house is very well equipped. The kitchen had just about anything you could need but was not very organized. I feel like overall cleanliness could have been a little better as well. However, the place fit our needs and we would go back for sure!

Overall, the place is okay. The host was responsive prior to reservation. I was concerned when we first arrived. The porch door was broken. Once I spoke with the owner, she indicated that the repair person didn’t have a chance to fix it. It was 54 degrees INSIDE the condo. It took three hours for the condo to warm up to 65. The rugs in the master bath were dirty, the towels were pretty threadbare…I would recommend bringing your own. We discovered quickly that the cable didn’t work, but we were too tired to try any further and went to bed. After two days of trying to log into our own Netflix/Hulu accounts, we notified the owner because her smart TV wouldn’t allow any sort of use. She said that there was a new cable box in the Master and we could install it! We cannot, as she needs to log in and set it up under her name. We were surprised we were required to wash & dry all of the towels prior to departure. Most locations just ask you to gather them by the washer with the sheets. Overall, we weren’t pleased with the service…the place was fine for the location/money, but we won’t be staying again.
