Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

My family of 4 stayed the week and had a wonderful visit. The hosts of Cypress Cottage thought of everything! From the cute starfish dishes and top of the line cookware to the impressive outdoor shower and the shed full of beach needs, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!

The property is exactly as pictured and all the extras were incredibly awesome!!! Those saved us from having to bring as much, which is a huge plus! The owner and rental company were easy to work with, although I asked a question about how many beach towels and the types of beach chairs and got a reply that seemed auto-generated because it didn’t address my specific question. No biggie, just mentioning that. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider renting from them again!

We absolutely loved this place. It has everything you could ever need for a seaside getaway. All of the equipment in the sheds---chairs, umbrellas, as well as towels---helped us enjoy a lovely few days at the beach. I recommend using the outdoor shower as your daily ablution spot!
