This place is exactly as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, endless sidewalks for dog walking, walkable to pizza and ice cream, host is great!

The house was a duplex, which was not mentioned. The back yard did not have a pool but did have a pile of boards, some with nails. The sheets on the queen bed were wet as if they had not finished drying. I had to dry them. All of the bath mats were in the drier and I had to put them out. None of the smoke detectors seemed in working order, I'm fact one of them was just missing and wires were hanging down from the ceiling. There was some light damage to walls and some cob webs on fixtures. The host was nice and very responsive to communication.
