Heated pool from mid-May to the end of September (the pool heating period depends on the weather) - For the first half of May and the first half of October, an additional charge of €250 excl. tax / week will be requested for the heating of the pool

Linen: For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats) is provided (7-night stays), allowing you to travel light and enjoy your holiday to the fullest as soon as you arrive. In addition, 3 private parking spaces are included, ensuring the safety and convenience of your stay.

Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 2000 and 3,430 euros per week and High season between 2,730 euros and 4,830 euros. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from 01 January 2024. It is based on the real regime of 3.30 euros per night and per adult. The amount of the security deposit is up to the rent + a certificate of civil liability insurance will also be required.
