The luxurious 122 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment with a sea view, gbmv4-48, located in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode, can accommodate up to 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious layout and the sunny, southeast-facing balcony; here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the beach life!
The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the top floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular; as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). Both separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort, each with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), and are each equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches). Two stylish bathrooms feature a walk-in rain shower or a bathtub, respectively, along with a toilet, a single or double sink with a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and heated floors. This way, your day begins in complete relaxation right from the morning. The larger of the two bathrooms is directly connected to one of the two bedrooms.
You can spend sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the spacious 13-square-meter balcony facing southeast. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and is accessible from the living/dining area. You can’t get any closer to the sea!
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Please note that the elevator stops on the third floor and you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the top floor.
Renovation work is expected to take place in the immediate vicinity until March 2027. During this period, there may be occasional construction activity.

Einfach alles. Es hat alles gestimmt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe aufgrund unserer verspäteten Anreise war gut organisiert. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist ein toller Service, man fühlt sich wohl aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder bzw. buchen gerne wieder über Upstalsboom. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Der. Veranstalter sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass die Wohnung mit dem Fahrstuhl nicht direkt erreichbar ist. Dieser geht nur bis zum 3. Stock. Die Icon-Leiste unter dem Foto wirbt mit einem Fahrstuhl und im Text steht auch „Lift“. An der Rezeption (Tag der Ankunft) wird man direkt darauf hingewiesen. Schöner wäre es, vor der Buchung darauf hinzuweisen. Nicht jeder schleppt gerne Koffer einen Stockwerk höher.
