The 49 m² accessible 2-room apartment, wiks3-50, is located in the Upstalsboom Krusespeicher and can accommodate up to 4 people. This modern apartment, featuring a balcony and a direct view of the harbor, offers free Wi-Fi.
The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing west, is located on the 3rd floor of the historic, listed Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbor, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. This is the perfect base for exploring the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbor is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for *SOKO Wismar*, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbor Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.
The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a stereo system, and board games. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony with a direct view of the harbor. The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches.
A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee. Pets are welcome in this apartment.

Uns hat besonders die gute Lage gefallen, aber auch der erstklassige Zustand (da neu) sowie der Charme, wie Appartements in einen Gedreidespeicher eingebaut wurden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt.
