The lower level has the entertainment/media room, pull out couch (full), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds) and a full bathroom. The top floor Loft offers a queen bed, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

The property is well equipped with additional items that are available for use including; Coolers, backpack, portable fan tower, collapsible wagon, portable crib, high chair, stroller, air mattress, board games & puzzles, outdoor games, crock pot, and bluetooth speaker.
