Long beautiful boardwalk to Ichetucknee River. Large sitting area at end of dock. Large screened/covered gathering area under house for cookout. Large deck overlooking grounds.

This house is furnished with relaxation and unplugging in mind. Enough room for the family, but cozy enough for a couples getaway. TV with internet is available. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and most other apps included.
Swimming, tubing, snorkeling all available right from this home. Kayak, tubes and other water accessories available on site.
Close to numerous Springs and State Parks for tubing and other floating activities.
If you re in the mood to explore a new area, Historic towns are just a short drive away. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment all nearby in High Springs and Branford.

Clean and lovely home on the Itchetucknee. We’ve stayed at several houses along here and the Santa Fe and this one is the nicest we’ve been in. The living space with the vaulted ceiling is really nice and quite rare compared to most of the other homes we’ve stayed in and seen available. Michelle was very quick with communication as well.

What’s not to love about Copper Top?! Our family enjoyed the river with inner tubes and kayaks, porch swing, fireplace downstairs and the tree top deck! We were so happy that we did not have to leave our pup back at home. She loved it to. We’re coming back for sure. I highly recommend this campy, comfortable home.

The property is breathtaking. The gigantic cypress trees that greet you as you walk down to the river are a sight to see. The river was 100% clear as it was a drought, shallow but still could tube or kayak down the river. We slept in comfortable beds and enjoyed amazing nights using the grill and snuggling on the comfy couch watching family movies. Great great place! Also saw tons of deer on streets all by the house so drive slow. Neighbor has a sign out with fresh rosemary when in season, we got some and it made the house smell amazing and went well with our steaks and mashed potatoes. Can't wait to come back!!

Excellent property. The dock and boardwalk out to the river were key points for us. Fireflies at night made the stay feel magical. Lots of wildlife on the property. Very clean. Responsive host. Couldn’t have asked for more.
