This oversized 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room for families, couples or friends to spread out and relaxâall with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right outside your door.

The views are the star of Broadmoor 1002. Large windows throughout the living area and primary suite bring the Gulf right into the condo, while the private balcony gives you your own place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast.
Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the day on the beach and come back upstairs to enjoy the view without ever leaving the condo.

We had a wonderful girlsâ trip and absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautifully furnished with modern beach-chic decor that felt fresh, stylish, and comfortable. The bedding was so cozy, the ocean view was amazing, and the short walk to the beach made everything easy and relaxing. It was the perfect place for a fun and restful getaway!

The first impression always sets the tone and upon walking in- everything was sparkling clean, with a clear view of the ocean over the balcony! The parking was fabulous- steps away from the elevators. The lobby was clean and always smelled fantastic! We were very well pleased with everything all week!

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The condo had plenty of room. Beach and pool access were very easy. Very spacious master bedroom with ample room for packnplay. Host company was very quick at responding to all questions/concerns we had.Master bathroom, mainly showerhead, could use some TLC and a good scrub. The shower head was covered in mold/water residue that was hanging from the faucet. We showered in the second shower the whole week. Otherwise, very clean. Garden tub in master was fabulous for bathing littles. Carpets in bedrooms are old and stained and could used to be replaced. Closet door in second bedroom fell on us as soon as we opened it, so we just didn't touch it again. Parking was a struggle at night. There does not seem to be enough spaces for the amount of condos/guests.Check in and out were very easy as it's just a code on the door. I'm probably just a paranoid mom, but there is no way to lock the condo from the inside. No latch, no deadbolt, nothing. It always locked behind us when we left, but from the inside it always appeared unlocked which just made me nervous with littles. And super nervous at night.Excellent blackout curtains/shades in both rooms. Master did get hot during the day, but it gets direct sunlight and cooled off fabulously at night or if we just kept the curtains closed it stayed much cooler.Overall, the location can't be beat, and we weren't worried about the littles damaging anything. It was a great week!

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the beach was excellent. I was disappointed there were no grills. We brought food to grill and we were pretty upset to find out they were all broken and being replaced. I wish we were made aware of that before hand. The shower in the master bath had poor water pressure and the bath tub wouldnât hold water. Condo itself could use some updating. Overall it was an ok stay but we will choose somewhere else next year.
