The Portico Mar Residence—the Beverly Hills of the Costa Blanca
Our vacation home is a true dream with an exclusive ocean view that leaves nothing to be desired.
Portico Mar is a unique complex built around the year 2000 and consisting of 150 apartment buildings, each one unique. Here you’ll find a Mediterranean-style courtyard with 3 beautiful pools and 2 cozy restaurants. The homes are luxurious and equipped with secure interior and exterior doors, accessible only to residents (security codes are required at the complex’s entrances). A night watchman is on duty at night. The unique architecture in an exclusive luxury style and the special location in the dunes of Guardamar have earned the complex the title “Beverly Hills of the Costa Blanca.”

You can reach the airport in 25 minutes by car.
The beautiful beach with dunes stretches for more than 10 km. A true hiker’s paradise. A 5-minute drive along the beach takes you to the Guardamar promenade with its cozy terraces and excellent restaurants.
Climate
You are in the mildest and healthiest climate in Europe. Naturally sheltered from the cool winds of the Meseta, it offers pleasant temperatures year-round. The sun shines more than 300 days a year, and humidity is very low.

Had a lovely time even though it was cut short. To be fair was hoping that we'd be able to get a small refund as we were only there for 1 out of 4 weeks due to a family bereavement, but also understand why we didn't.
