Check in was a breeze! The home was clean (except coffee pot) and well stocked with everything we needed! The beds were super comfortable and that’s a big deal for me and my family we love a good nights rest! We only had three minor problems with the property that were addressed ASAP by the rental company who was excellent with communication! Problem 1 the bed in the master bedroom was off the bed frame and wobbly when we got there we just set it into the frame. 2 the remote to the tv in the living room didn’t work properly the volume keys didn’t work but we were able to use the remote from the tv in the room to resolve the issue. 3ed issue, the inside of the coffee pot was dirty it was a mess of coffee grounds inside the basket of course we washed it. We notified the property manager of all of the above and they offered to have maintenance come out to fix the problems which is fantastic but we were fine because nothing was of urgency. We just let them know if all of the above and recommend they replace the remote in the living room! I would definitely stay at this condo in the future with my family we truly enjoyed our stay!

Condo is about 8 or 9 blocks from schlitterbahn's parking lot 2nd park area.Condo is on the 2nd floor, no keys needed just the code. Nicely equipped kitchen, living room has a sofa bed and a beautiful view to the back of the property toward the pool and jacuzzis, im not sure if there is a trail to the river. 2 bedrooms 2 restrooms, beds are ok.Over all i think this place for 6 is a great place! Definitely would rebook.
