You will love the open concept living, w/2 large king bedrooms, TVs, ceiling fans & mirrored closets! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and tons of outdoor space! The neighborhood is charming, safe and close to NC State, Downtown, Glenwood south, RDU and more! Perfect for gathering, & relaxing! You will love the Cottage Charmer!
The cottage charmer has a wonderful is situated in a walkable charming neighborhood, five points which is the perfect location to everything in Raleigh! And you will love the open layout in the end unit condo which is bright and cozy with the living room and kitchen all open for comfort! The two bedrooms are large with king beds, and mirrored closet doors with smart TVs ceiling fans and high speed wifi! And the renovated bathroom right in between the bedrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked. You will not need a thing and enjoy your front porch for relaxing or even the back area which is wonderful to enjoy together and relax!
This unit is bright and airy and is super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars right next-door!!!! Walk to several restaurants down the street including Mami Nora’s , the best Peruvian food around, Chido Taco, High Park Bar and Grill, House of Hops, Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar, and the best coffee shop and more!
Grab a quick 5 minute Uber ride to downtown, Glenwood South, and Village District/NC State U!

I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a pleasant and clean venue. It was well stocked with supplies and very comfy. We walked to the plaza up the street (5 minute walk) and had a pizza one night and burrito the next night. The location was close to many stores and the highway. Stacey, the manager, was very polite and always quick to reply to my texts. I will definitely reach out to book this VRBO when I visit Raleigh again. Trisha

This 1st VRBO trip was outstanding. Despite a mixup with my account Stacy made the comms quick & easy--stressfree. The house was adorable & very clean. The bed & sofa were cushy & comfortable. I had everything I needed. The location was a bonus--1 block to shops & coffee, 2 blocks to 80mi of walking trails, across from a bus stop, and easy access to get around Raleigh. Will stay again if we are back there. Hope every VRBO stay will be this great.!

This house is adorable! Stacy has taken such care to see to every detail. The decor is adorable. She clearly takes pride in the antique- themed decor. There are so many little nuances that brought a smile to my face during my stay. Very walkable to a variety of different restaurants/ pubs and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. With a daughter living in Raleigh only 12 minutes away, I will probably be staying here whenever the entire family ( and granddog) are here! Thank you Stacy for a great Memorial day weekend!
