The Space:
The Mediterranean Palm is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. This unit is an ADA compliant, single floor vacation villa unlike any other in the heart of downtown.
The Mediterranean Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.
Flex Bedroom Suite #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom with ADA compliant features
Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom
Bedroom #3 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #4 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

This property worked so well for us, and especially my husband who is W/C bound. The location was very good and walkable to restaurants and other locations. As other reviewers have pointed out, parking is tight. We were in a Pilot and had no issues. We are already planning to return to this location in a few months.

We came for a family birthday trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and accessible. The location was perfect and we really appreciated the parking passes for the additional vehicle we were traveling with. The host gave lots of information about places to go/places to eat. Cons: the water pressure was pretty low in the showers and sinks and two of the sinks were really too small to be functional.

Great location, comfy beds, nice outside hangout area, parking is tight but thankful for it. You can hear the people upstairs so that was rough if they are a loud crew.
