The 'Queen Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.
The Queen Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.
Flex Bedroom Suite #1 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Large ensuite spa style bathroom
Flex Bedroom Suite #2 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Large ensuite spa style bathroom
Bedroom #3 – 2 Twin beds + Ensuite bathroom
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pet maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

We had an awesome experience with this VRBO property and Town & Island hosts! It was spacious, modern, clean, very comfortable and the location could not be better!!! We walked everywhere in the most charming city in the South! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for your hospitality. Cheers!

Great location. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very spacious. Appreciate that the condo is well stocked with dish and clothes detergents.

Great place to stay …5 women so having 5 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms was great. Management was very responsive with any questions and communication. Kitchen was fully stocked even though we only used it for coffee and breakfast. Great location and we walked everywhere… only a few blocks off of King Street. We stayed 4 nights & thoroughly enjoyed Charleston!

The outside pics were a little deceiving as we thought there was more outside space. The pic showed property pool but later found out that was the wonderer pool. Everything else was great.
