This cozy villa comfortably accommodates up to 4–5 guests, featuring one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a living room with a sofa that converts into an extra sleeping space for two additional guests. The villa includes a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and modern amenities such as air conditioning, a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine to ensure a comfortable stay.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (3 x 5 x 1.4 m) with sunbeds, a terrace partially shaded by trees, and a barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing in the sun.
Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.

This little property is amazing and has everything a couple needs for two weeks as a base. It's easy to find and you can walk to restaurants on the front, although Old Town is a long walk. It's a great base to see the centre and west of Crete from, but the main road is noisy!
