Welcome to Vistas Esmeralda, a showstopping coastal retreat in Blue Mountain Beach where modern luxury meets effortless coastal charm—just a 3-minute walk from the sugar-white sands of 30A. This 3,600-square-foot retreat is designed for relaxation, connection, and Gulf-view living, offering space for up to 14 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
From the moment you arrive, the home's clean Mediterranean-inspired exterior and swaying palm trees set a serene tone. Inside, a fresh, airy design embraces natural light and open-concept flow. The main living area features oversized windows and sliding glass doors that lead to spacious balconies—offering glimpses of the Gulf and salty breezes that remind you the beach is just steps away. Whether you're curled up in a plush chair with a book, gathered on the oversized sectional with family, or enjoying a drink outside, the coastal atmosphere surrounds you.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring custom cabinetry, designer lighting, stainless steel high-end appliances, and a large island with seating for four. In the kitchen, a complimentary coffee bar awaits, fully stocked to keep your mornings energizing and your afternoons cozy. Brew a cup and head to one of the balconies to catch the sea breeze.
