Crazy and convenient location, cozy atmosphere, and amazing hosts- that`s what you`ll get with this property strategically located in downtown Austin. Pease Park is across the street, 5 minutes to downtown and UT campus, 10 minutes to Barton Springs, and 1 minute to a very nice public tennis court!

Very clean space with plenty of supplies (towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Host was very reachable and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier for a small fee. Few lights out and a bit sparse on furniture for five guests, but more than enough beds and restrooms for the lot of us. Overall a great stay and would book again!

This property is very clean, spacious and in a great location. The only thing that I would recommend is that you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because of the highway noise if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. Overall, it's a great place to stay and the layout is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Sparsely furnished. One lamp in bedroom. Parking an issue. Almost got towed. Unit clean keyless entry did not work.
