In the heart of the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha Beach and Utah Beach),
on the hills above Arromanches, A spacious and comfortable, recently built single-story seaside villa offering unobstructed, commanding views of the sea and countryside for a peaceful and relaxing stay, featuring a terrace, a flower-filled garden of approximately 2,000 m², and south-facing patio furniture. You’ll also have access to 3 LCD TVs with over 200 channels and a streaming device.
A village world-renowned for the remains of its artificial harbor, Arromanches-les-Bains is located in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches.
These beaches invite you to soak up the Normandy sun on their fine sand during peak season and take a dip. You can also enjoy a variety of water sports there, such as sand yachting, sea kayaking, windsurfing, and even scuba diving.
The Arromanches and Tracy-sur-Mer Diving Club invites you to explore the seabed. If you prefer aerial activities, Gold Beach Evasion offers a wide range of options, such as a first-time flight in an ultralight or paragliding, for example.
The museum is located in front of the ruins of the Mulberry B artificial harbor and is dedicated to its construction and installation.
The village (population 500) is pleasant and features a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a bakery, a tobacco shop, numerous souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, a mini-golf course, and many restaurants.
There are beautiful walking trails leading either to Port-en-Bessin or Courseulles, or to Bayeux (by bike or car).

Christophe’s villa is in a very pleasant neighborhood of delightful Arromanches. It is well supplied and provides an excellent home base for exploring Normandie. We especially appreciated the excellent communication. Responses were always prompt and helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The property is in a great location for discovering all of Normandy, with lovely local restaurants and shops within walking distance.The owner, Christophe, was extremely helpful and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay.The house itself is fantastic and in great condition throughout. We were a group of seven adult men and felt there was plenty of space, with comfortable furniture, beds, and three bathrooms.The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, and cookware.Overall, the property is faultless and we would not hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended to anyone visiting Normandy.

The property owner did a good job responding to my queries. Unfortunately, I would have to rate this as a sub-par stay. Not enough towels were available and quality was substandard. Little things like kleenex not provided were bothersome. Possibly some mold present in bathrooms. Glass ware appeared stained and dishes required washing before we felt comfortable using. On the plus side the location was great for what we wanted.
