Located on the second floor of a quiet three-story building (please note there is no elevator), the apartment is ideally situated just 240 meters from the main beach, the promenade, and the old port, as well as 240 meters from the town center.

The apartment features a very large living room, a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms.

This 100-square-meter apartment has a very large living room that is bright and airy. Whether relaxing on the sofa or at the dining table, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and mountains.

You can choose between a large table in the living room, the table in the kitchen, or the table on the terrace.

The comfortable kitchen offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, with direct access to the terrace. It features a refrigerator, oven, and gas stove, and is well-equipped so you can cook comfortably.

The living area is separated from the sleeping area and bathrooms by an elegant entryway.

The all-new main bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, a wall-hung toilet and bidet, a comfortable sink, and a new high-quality washer-dryer from Miele.

The first room features a comfortable “Nathalie” double bed by Flou. The first and only one of its kind, “Nathalie” was awarded the 2020 Compasso d’Oro Career Product Award and is protected as a work of art under European design law. The room features a small, modern, and elegant private bathroom with a comfortable shower, toilet, and designer sink. The room also has a small terrace overlooking greenery.

A second room has two beds, also of the Flou “Nathalie” model. These beds can be kept separate or joined together to form a comfortable double bed. Depending on your preference, you can use single or double sheets.

From both the living room and the kitchen, you have access to a large terrace equipped with a teak table and chairs and two awnings.

The apartment features beautiful designer lamps, stylish modern fixtures, and effective mosquito nets (though there are practically no mosquitoes since it’s on the second floor and close to the lake). In the living room and kitchen, the shutters are electric, and some can even be operated by remote control.

Finally, I provide a storage room where you can store your bicycles or other items.

The apartment is located in a building dating from the 1960s, one of the first built in Ispra, and for this reason it also enjoys one of the most beautiful locations. It does not have an elevator. It is a very quiet building and is therefore suitable for those who appreciate and respect tranquility.
