À propos de cette location de vacances
Apartment located in the historic centre, only 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Despite the central area, the apartment is located away from tourist traffic and therefore in a very quiet zone. The apartment consists of a living area with complete kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor with lift. Upon request 2 additional bed spaces (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM might require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Wonderful place to stay, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, and communication with the host was excellent; she was responsive, offered great guidance, and shared helpful local tips. We would gladly return as often as possible. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi‑Fi, as I struggled to send a few emails, though this may simply be a common issue in Venice. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.
