We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
Pest Control Notice:
Our property receives regular monthly pest control service to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Service schedules may vary, so we’re unable to confirm an exact date or time in advance.
Please note that treatments are conducted outside the unit only, and there will be no need for entry during your stay. Guests will be notified once the service schedule is confirmed.
PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS
• All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
• Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property.
• Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately.
• Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet.
• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.
By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.

This property is very well maintained and elegantly furnished . All the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds! The open layout made the space feel very inviting and cozy. I loved the keyless entry feature. The parking was a plus . I also appreciated that this was pet friendly.

This rental was excellent and exactly as pictured. The host was very attentive to our needs…even contacting us several times during our stay to make sure everything was alright. We brought along our mini daschund and she was right at home. The sponge docks are very close and we thoroughly enjoyed that. We would definitely rent again.
