We enjoyed our relaxing weekend. The backyard was an oasis, and we enjoyed being outside so much. The listing was as advertised, and the location was convenient.

This was a gem of a stay!! The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive. The cabin was well stocked and we were never concerned we would run out. We had our food delivered from the local Kroger and got an overnight delivery from Amazon for water shoes. We loved wading in the lake by the dock and riding the kayak around the cove. The views are picturesque and incredibly charming. The backyard felt so welcoming with multiple seating areas. We never felt crowded. We took trips to Garvan Gardens and Lake Ouachita for more water play. This is an ideal location for getting around! We can’t wait to return and I’ve already sent the listing to multiple friends.

Perfect place with amazing views. Exactly what me and my wife wanted. Quiet and away from the next property. We really enjoyed the fire pit with the view

Pros: The lakeside location is excellent, and we were just 10-20 minutes from most of the things we wanted to do while in Hot Springs. The house was generally in good condition, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Cons: No check-in information was sent prior to our arrival, so we had to call the property manager to get into the house. Cleanliness was not great (several dirty dishes, dead cricket in a kitchen cabinet, previous guest's shirt left between couch cushions). The kayaks are not in excellent condition, and one has two holes in its hull, making it sink (yes, we found that one out the hard way). A couple of the pieces of outdoor furniture were broken. Dog poop was left in the yard. Overall, the property needs better cared for.
