8 / 10Excellent·août 2025
The location was great, close to Tahoe City. It would have been even better if we had access to the homeowners’ amenities. The house itself is a bit outdated, though the kitchen does have some newer appliances. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The deck offers a nice view and was a relaxing spot to spend time.

We stayed here for my birthday. check in process was good. once we got into the unit i noticed there is A/C when i asked why it wasn't working i was told the unit didn't have it but it is listed on the description. appliances are outdated, friedge had damage on thr inside. I also noticed when i took a shower that on areas were wall paper was peeled there was some sort of black mold or something which i find unacceptable. Wish i could show pictures on here! I feel like the only positive about this rental is the location, views and the open floor plan. besides that i font believe is worth thr price. it was also hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone, they only text!
THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS UPGRADE or at least get rid of thr mold in thr master shower.
