Located in the city centre of Sanremo, very close to the Ariston Theatre, to the main shops, bars and restaurants, and at the same time close to the sea and beaches, a 2-bedroom apartment ideal for a group or family holiday, being able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a private terrace with a beautiful table and chairs for breakfast and al fresco dining!
The accommodation continues with the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs via an internal staircase is the second bedroom with a bunk bed for two people overlooking the small private balcony. Finally, there is a third bedroom with a single bed and an extra cot.

In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
