Beautifully Updated 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Condo with Water-View Balcony | Bahia del Mar, Isla del Sol — St. Petersburg, FL
Everything in this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Bahia del Mar condo looks like it was finished yesterday — beautifully updated in white and coastal blue, set on Isla del Sol with a private balcony overlooking the water. Both the living room and the bedroom open onto it through their own sliders, so the view of Boca Ciega Bay's greenery and glinting water is never more than one door away, morning coffee through evening cocktails.
The brand-new kitchen sparkles with white shaker cabinetry, quartz-style countertops, a basket-weave tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with kitchen essentials and a Keurig, with a pass-through under pendant lighting that opens the whole space up. The living area seats everyone comfortably with a pair of matching loveseats and a patterned armchair around the flat-screen TV, and the dining table hosts four beneath a farmhouse chandelier — all of it floating on new plank-style floors.
The bedroom keeps the retreat feeling going: a plush bed in crisp linens, that private balcony access with lounge seating waiting outside, and an en suite bath with a quartz-topped vanity and a striking walk-in shower — wave-textured tile, a pebble-stone floor, and a grab bar for steady footing. A separate half bath means guests never need to pass through your bedroom.
Bahia del Mar sits on Isla del Sol's 350 tropical acres, where paths for walking, jogging, and biking loop past ponds, gardens, and royal palms full of shorebirds. Fort De Soto Park is about a 10-minute drive south for kayaking, the Egmont Key ferry, and North Beach, one of America's top-rated beaches. The Gulf sands of St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille are minutes west, downtown St. Petersburg's restaurants, museums, and nightlife roughly 15 minutes north, and Tampa International Airport about 35 minutes away — with sunset cruises, fishing charters, and coastal shops filling the gaps.
For a couples' getaway, a solo recharge, or a snowbird season in a condo where every finish is brand new, this beautifully updated Isla del Sol rental is the easy answer. Reserve your dates at Bahia del Mar and let the water view do the rest.
