A 3 minute walk straight to the beach, as well as a dedicated parking spot makes this condo a perfect getaway. Watch a space launch from Kennedy Space Center from your front door, or pull up a beach chair and enjoy the show.

Location was perfect for us, a walk or bike ride to the beach. Pool was nice but cold the whole time we were there. The unit itself is nice size for us was great! When we arrived I questioned the linens and the next day host sent more. Jon was pretty attentive to most of our needs. There was a debacle with the parking lot being replaced and it took sometime to figure things out then we were without water for almost 24 hours because of the work being done. These things were out if the hands of the host but the HOA should have done a better job of communicating. Lots to do nearby all the time!

This was an EXCELLENT STAY! Jon was the best! If we needed anything he made sure we had it. REALLY APPRECIATED when the temperatures dropped and the condo was chilly, Jon made sure we had a heater. The condo was spotless! Really enjoyed the property. They have beautiful flowers and it felt very welcoming. The condo was cozy, it truly felt like home. I loved the location. Close to the rec center, the ocean and places to eat.I can’t say enough good about Jon and the condo we really loved our stay. I would book again in a heartbeat.
