There is a total of 4 beds with a full kitchen, family room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. It has central A/C and heat, as well as a carport garage. It has been totally remodeled, enjoy the new and improved updates.

Great location, loved that it was on the beach.Inside had everything you need, towels, beach towels, beach toys, etc.... very well stocked.Only thing was limited parking space for family and friends.

Very clean and updated condo right on the beach. Very quiet condo with only a few units. Nice neighbors and beautiful beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything we look for in an extended stay was met at this place. This place may not be for everyone but we were very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at Sun King Condominiums. We were there the whole month of March. Cozy 2-bdrm condo with everything you'd need to feel at home. Short walk to the beach. Original Pizza cafe' is across the street with a terrific menu!
