Undoubtedly, one of the most outstanding aspects of this charming country house is the swimming pool area and the wonderful views from the garden, where one can bathe and sunbathe. There is also a lovely brick barbecue and a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy a delicious meal in the open air. The property also features an outdoor shower room, and entertainment such as a table tennis table.
On the ground floor of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the surroundings and plenty of light.
The interior of the property is bright and airy, and is decorated with the ideal balance between contemporary and traditional. The living room features comfortable sofas, a television and an ornamental fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a dining table and chairs for a good breakfast. From the kitchen, the patio doors open onto the rear terrace.
This comfortable 3-bedroom villa is located a short distance from the old town of Pollença, with a great selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, cafés and shops. Beach lovers won't have to go far, the sandy bay at Puerto de Pollença is only a short drive away, as well as a number of other great beaches. Shops, markets, golf courses, a water park, plus various attractions and tourism opportunities are also within easy reach.

Lovely place to stay, easy walking distance into the town. Great amount of space, the pool was cleaned twice during our 7 day stay. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating outside. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend.

We loved this property. We had a medical emergency just before we were about to leave and Francesca was absolutely brillant. I can't thank her enough.

Lovely homely Mallorcan villa with fabulous amenities and pool area and the location is just perfect. Short walk down the lane and across the Roman Bridge and you are in old town Pollensa. Supermarket 5 minute drive or walkable, as well as other local shops just in the town across the brigde including the BIP store a small supermarket and bakery across the road. Lovely and clean, everything you could wish for. We have booked to go again this year. Original stay April 2023.
Slightly larger kettle would be good but I understand there may be restrictions on voltage maybe - everything else is perfect.

Great location for traditional villa, decor and upkeep like electrics a bit tired but this seems the norm if contemporary is not specified. Also the maintenace guy seemed to be there a lot and others using the carpark, no idea who they were, didn't introduce themselves to us.
