Summary:
Newly renovated 5k+ square foot home that is built to host and entertain. Location is extremely central to everything Asheville - 11 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the Biltmore, & 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We have enough beds to accommodate up to 18 people. If you are with a group of over 16 people, please message us and we can sort out the details.

—BARREL SAUNA: Brand new state-of-the-art 10 foot barrel sauna.
—FIRE PIT: there are 10 Adirondack chairs to take in mother nature in a newly constructed state of the art fire pit.
—DEDICATED GRILL SPACE: we have an electric grill that stays filled with propane & plenty of room to grill out for the entire group.
—OUTDOOR GAMES: cornhole and KanJam are provided for your entertainment.

You are tucked away next to a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood, just a three minute drive from a local Ingles store and Walgreens.
It is an extremely safe and secure neighborhood in a nice part of Asheville.
Getting Around:
There is room for six cars in the driveway and then there is free street parking all around the house as well.
Other Things to Note:
Ubers/Lyfts are readily available, as well as local taxi services.

Overall, this property was a thoughtfully crafted, roomy playground for our big family. We would stay here again. The super-spacious Master Suite was worth the trip for us. There was a big seating area, a jacuzzi, adequate walk-in closet, and a great shower area. We were in a quiet place w good proximity to downtown. The home was well kept with plenty of room for 9 adults and 5 children. Downstairs was a huge hit! We spent time in the theater, playing shuffleboard, pool and arcade games. Upstairs there were large TVs in each room. Spacious bedrooms for adults. Plenty of gathering spaces, dining room inside and on the deck and large family room. Plus an easily accessible laundry room. Absolutely gorgeous house. The location was perfect for us to head to Mars Hill to ski one day and the next head into downtown Asheville. There was so much to do at the house everyone in our party had something to do. I reached out when we arrived and got an immediate response and the issue was handled immediately. The house is gorgeous and loved being able to cook dinner in the evenings. We will 100% book again when in the area.

Overall, our stay was good and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated that there was plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and even wood for the fire pit (a nice surprise!). When an issue came up, we were able to quickly have it resolved because the owners were prompt and responsive. The children had a ton of fun with all of the games downstairs. And the location was ideal as we were able to get to grocery stores, restaurants, etc very quickly. There are a few things to know ahead of time: The four king-size bedrooms are all upstairs. One has an en-suite bathroom, and the other three share one bathroom.There is a full size bathroom downstairs by the bunkbed room. None of the bedrooms have dressers (only relevant if you’re an unpack-your-suitcase kind of traveler!). The road to the house is fairly steep and not completely paved which may pose an issue for some drivers/cars. The house is overall better suited to families with older. They do welcome dogs which was a plus for our family. (Pet deposit extra)
