This Brand New contemporary 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. With a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.
The villas has an open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really making the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The ground floor area is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up onto the landscaped garden, kitchen, BBQ and pool area outside.
There is also a WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a private pool.
The ideal villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.

Good 2 bed villa to stay in. The garden area by the pool is not private at all. Short walking distance from shops restaurants and bars.

Villa is modern and well equipped although the bedrooms are small, adequate for us as a couple, or perhaps a small family but two couples would be cramped. The photos don't show that there is now a street of villas directly behind, which are almost finished and several of which will have a clear view of the pool, garden and into all rooms at the rear of the villa unless the blinds are closed! Also the low walls between villas means there is very little privacy from the villas either side, and with the close proximity of the villas and lots of concrete and glass, noise does bounce around and even relatively quiet conversations can be overheard, and any music played outside will be heard by all villas around. The location of the villa is good from an access to amenities point of view. Imaginevillas responded well to the couple of issues we had although the AC engineer didn't return to replace the part he had 'fixed' which he said he would.
