3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. 1 block off Main Street, within a mile from downtown businesses, Wartburg college & WSR high school.
The space
You will have full access to the kitchen, living & dining room. 1 bedroom on the main floor next to the full bathroom & 2 bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. Private driveway along with a fenced in backyard!
Guest access
The home is located at a “dead end” but able to access from both directions. There is a private driveway, on-street parking & an empty parking lot next door available.
Other things to note
There is a couple stairs onto the deck to get into the residence. Please be aware if using the upstairs 2 bedrooms, there is a set of stairs that are steeper than normal!! Pet Policy This home is pet friendly to well behaved & potty trained pets. There is a pet fee so please make sure you have your pets added onto your reservation.

Great house amazing host. Everything was stocked with what we needed, and they got us in at the last minute.

The house is old, but seemed clean enough. The stairs to the 2nd level were very narrow and steep. Annoying if you have small children. The twin bed listed in one room wasn’t an actual bed, but a roll-away bed.
