The country house is tastefully and modernly furnished. It consists of two vacation apartments on the first floor, each with its own terrace, as well as two vacation apartments in the attic, each with a spacious terrace.

The spacious “Haus im Seewind I” apartment, measuring 90 square meters, is located at the front of the house and has a front entrance.
It features a modern, well-equipped kitchen-diner with a small dining area and an open passageway leading to the spacious dining and living room. The living room features a cozy, enclosed wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth.
The kitchen, entryway, living room, and bedrooms all feature high-quality oak parquet flooring. The tiled bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating, a spacious 1 x 1-meter shower, and a washing machine. The apartment sleeps 4 people plus a baby, with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). It has its own large terrace with seating, a patio umbrella, and a gas grill. There are also lounge chairs in the garden for relaxing.
