8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
I liked the 2b/2b for the price, the cleanliness, unit amenities, and the view of pool and canal. I didn't like that i wasn't informed ahead of time that it was a 3rd floor walk-up, the 2nd bedroom was a loft with a spiral staircase to gain access, or that the laundry wasn't in the unit but in the next building.

We thought your place was even much nicer than expected. And a great location! Only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area.

This condo as well as the entire complex are in superb condition. The pool, boat dock, landscaping, and buildings are all in top shape. We had a pleasant stay. Will do it again

Could use some maintenance: no light bulb in lamp downstairs; upstairs bathroom light fixture was flickering & would smell heated (did speak with owner & he was trying to get someone to repair); shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was mildewy & could use washing/bleaching or replacing; cabinet & dresser drawers were difficult to slide open or shut. Overall, it was clean & comfortable, a/c worked well, location was convenient to the places we were wanting to go to.
