Perfect location except for the aged a/c condensers outside the bedroom that created noise all night long when they turned on. This was reported. Otherwise, nice unit.

The view and proximity to beach sand was outstanding. The unit is at the end of the building and 4 air conditioning units are located right outside on the wall behind the king sized bed. The cookware was very low quality. The bathtub drain was clogged but management offered to come right away. Host is very responsive. Would stay again.

Exactly as listed. Lovely, cozy beachfront. Would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five enjoyed our stay overall, especially because of the convenient beach access. The location was definitely the highlight of our trip.Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen. We found hair on several kitchen utensils, cups, and cookware, and the cabinet under the sink had a greasy, sticky residue that made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We also found a few cockroaches during our stay, which was disappointing. We were notified about 3–4 hours before our arrival that the dryer was not working. We appreciated being informed ahead of time, but we were told Coastal Appliance had been contacted and that we would receive an update once a technician’s ETA was available. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up, and the dryer was never repaired during our stay. I tried running it myself, but it made a very loud banging noise. It was disappointing not to have a working dryer, especially after spending time at the beach and needing to wash and dry towels and clothes.Overall, we enjoyed the beach access and had a good stay, but the cleanliness issues and the lack of a working dryer made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.
