In the popular town of Puerto del Carmen on the southeast coast of Lanzarote, the cozy holiday home Marysol awaits you. Located on the third floor without an elevator, the 46 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Android box, television, iron, and washing machine. The small furnished balcony invites you to relax and enjoy warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. The carefully landscaped outdoor garden can be shared by all residents. The nearest beach is only a 3-minute walk (270 m) from the accommodation. Other beaches, such as the popular Playa Grande, are located along the coast 1 km away. You will find a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés along the Avenida de las Playas promenade, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. Just a 10-minute walk away (850 m) is the Mirador Playa Grande, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the coast and the sea. A supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot (400 m). The Puerto del Carmen marina is an 8-minute drive (3 km), and Lanzarote Airport is a 14-minute drive (11 km).
