À propos de cette location de vacances
This inviting holiday apartment with sea view is located in the idyllic coastal town of Grebaštica in Northern Dalmatia - just about 100 metres from the sea and 50 metres from the nearest supermarket. The apartment is on the first floor of a well-maintained house in a quiet hillside location between Šibenik and Primošten and offers space for up to five people. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean tranquillity, turquoise blue water and the relaxed atmosphere of a typical Dalmatian seaside resort.
The approximately 60 m² apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds - as well as a bathroom with a shower. The air-conditioned living and dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea - perfect for breakfast with a view or relaxed evening hours at sunset.
The additional equipment includes free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private parking space directly at the house. A communally usable washing machine is available from the landlord (for a fee). The use of air conditioning and the boat mooring are also possible, each at an additional cost. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
The house also offers a garden with an outdoor shower and barbecue facilities, ideal for sociable evenings outdoors. For families with children, there is a small swing in the garden.
The environment is quiet and surrounded by plenty of greenery - perfect for those seeking relaxation and families. In just a few minutes, you can reach the nearest gravel beach, which invites swimming, diving, and snorkelling. Nearby, you will also find restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.
Thanks to the central location between Šibenik and Primošten, the holiday apartment is an excellent starting point for excursions to the Krka and Kornati National Parks or for walks along the Dalmatian coast.
This holiday apartment combines comfort, sea view and proximity to the beach - ideal for a relaxing holiday in Croatia in a relaxed atmosphere.
