This house is situated in a quiet area in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., and some of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia., are only 16 minutes' drive away.



The country house is tastefully furnished and offers sufficient space for 8 people in 250 m² of living space.

There are 4 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 2x2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 with bathtub. In winter, central heating can be used.

The house has a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV + Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.



In the outdoor area you can cool off in the large 10x5 m swimming pool and relax on comfortable sun loungers. On the covered terrace there is another dining table with capacity for 8 people. From here you have fantastic views of the pool and the beautiful garden. There is also an outdoor barbecue.



IMPORTANT:
