Imagine waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic. This 60m² apartment, located on the seafront in the charming Puertito de Güímar, is your ideal retreat in Tenerife.
The bright and cosy space has two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with local produce, while the spacious living room is the ideal place to relax. However, the real gem of the apartment is its magnificent balcony, suspended over the sea, offering simply unbeatable views that will accompany you from sunrise to sunset. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor without a lift. However, the views and tranquillity offered by its elevated position make up for this.
Puertito de Güímar is a picturesque and peaceful coastal village in the south-east of Tenerife, known for its relaxed atmosphere and direct connection to the sea. Here, life moves at a different pace, inviting you to enjoy the authenticity of the Canary Islands.

The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location.
However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening before anyone returned our messages and calls and eventually facilitated our access to the flat. The agency blamed their new technology ..... It was only the following day, after a written complaint, that we received a proper apology but absolutely nothing else, apart from some extra towels which we had requested.
Inside the flat was clean but very bare, with an absolute minimum of towels, soap etc. I have noticed over the years that many hosts will leave lots of sauces, oils etc for cooking, plenty of nice towels, bathroom products, nice house decorations and even a welcome pack. This time the opposite was unfortunately the case and this, coupled with the access issue, left a sour taste.
However the flat was clean and as advertised and the location is fantastic.
