The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- The delivery of keys and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking. If you do not come with a vehicle, you can check-in at the same establishment by previously completing the online check-in.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

breakfast not included, great location for what we needed
we got stuck in the lift for 1ǘ hours and could not get key out of main apartment door on departure, so had to call main office to report this, we had to leave early so had to leave key in door
