Welcome to your perfect beach retreat at the Atlantis Building on 103rd Street! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for families or small groups. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk with a full and twin bed set. In the family room, you'll find a twin-size loveseat, perfect for an extra guest. One of the condo's standout features is the enclosed balcony, allowing you to soak up the beachfront vibes and ocean views while staying cool in the air conditioning.
Located right on the beach, the Atlantis Building gives you immediate access to Ocean City's stunning shoreline. Imagine stepping out of the condo and finding yourself on the soft sands, ready to enjoy a day of sun and surf. When you're ready for a break from the ocean, take a dip in the community pool, a refreshing alternative to the saltwater. The building's amenities and prime location ensure that you'll have everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.

The nearby Northside Park, located just a short drive away, offers a serene environment with walking paths, playgrounds, and sports facilities. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our condo at the Atlantis Building is perfectly situated to provide an enjoyable and convenient Ocean City experience. Please know the building does charge a $65 parking fee.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!

First the good. The location and view from the unit was great. Mike, the property manger was fantastic and come to the unit in under an hour to help fix a problem with the the TV.The not so good. The A/C in the unit was broken so portable units had to be brought in. I found out that the unit has been broken since june, and I think that's something that should have been disclosed to me before renting. The reason being is the portable unit had to be vented out of the windows and it prevented the blinds from coming all the way down. So the 3 guests that were sleeping in the second bedroom had no privacy because the blind couldn't come all the way down. And people walking outside in the hallway, could look right into the room.There were sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom that I walked out onto the enclosed balcony. I specifically asked if there were a blind or curtain that could be closed from the inside of the master bedroom for privacy, in case other guests were sitting out on the the balcony, and I was told yes, there would be. When I arrived, there was no blinds. There was no curtain. There was no way to block off people sitting on the balcony seeing into the master bedroom. Again, that was something that I specifically asked about. And was told that there would be, and there wasn't.
