Gracious living area with hardwood floors throughout. Bath with extra large shower and marble floor. Bedroom has a king bed with top of the line linens for your best night's sleep. All the things you would expect for a 5 star rental. 0.4 mile walk to downtown Petoskey. Little Traverse Wheelway and the Petoskey Waterfront are just around the corner.

Dianna was great to work with and the location was perfect for walking downtown. Being near the water was a bonus! Loved the outdoor deck.

This newly renovated one bedroom, second floor apartment deserves a five star rating IF only it wasn't right on a very busy section of highway. The place had a lovely deck and a patio, but using them with the traffic noise was uncomfortable. Fortunately the bedroom is in the rear of the space and quieter. The living room in the front is noisy. Diana is a terrific host.

Perfect place to stay if you like to park your car & walk. Just a couple minutes to Bayfront Park & Bear River Area. 10 min. to downtown shopping and dining. Or you could just stay at the apartment and sit on the deck or grill on the patio.

Cozy and perfect for two adults! Tons of places to walk and enjoy the lake. Wonderful upstairs deck. To those sensitive to road noise, you will hear it during the day and then nothing at night.
