The open floor plan lends itself to easy entertaining and the decks quench the soul with ocean breezes. Outdoor shower to wash the sand away at the end of your day at the beach. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beach, walk to nearby shops and restaurants, or listen to the bands at the neighborhood Tikki Bar & Restaurant. Bring your flip flops and come for a visit!

We had two young children with us and they had no problem walking with us to the beach. House had a great layout and the common living area had lots of space for us to eat, play games and just hang out. There was lots of beach stuff to use and a wonderful cart to get it all to and from the beach. Thank you to the hosts and to Barbara the manager who was just a quick text away if we had any questions. This was ideal to make a family vacation while there for our son’s graduation from UNCW. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience staying here, the owner answered all questions before our stay and contacted us the day before with check in info. The house was perfect for our group as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to spread out and then we were able to gather together in the living and kitchen area as a group. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beach was very accessible as it is just a block away and it was never too crowded. The elevator was nice to use when taking luggage up or when we were tired from the day. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back soon!

Barbara was an excellent host and communicator. The home was clean, ready and well appointed, no issues nor concerns. We had a great experience, was a 1.5 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend and we will definitively be back.
