Endless Summer is a modern 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa that sleeps 12, about a 5-minute drive to the heart of Palm Beach. Every bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, and 2 have en-suite baths. The backyard is made for fun: an in-ground pool, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, pool basketball, ping pong, giant chess, cornhole and Kan-Jam. Relaxing by the pool or competing all afternoon, there's something for everyone.

THE SPACE
Entry & Layout
As you enter, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. The vaulted ceilings in the dining room soar to 20 feet, showcasing stunning exposed woodwork. French doors lead to the private backyard, so you can easily enjoy Aruba's beautiful climate. There is AC throughout, hot water and high-speed internet.

Kitchen/Dining
The dining table seats 12, with bar seating for 4 more. The kitchen has stainless steel Samsung appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (drip and single K-cup), toaster, tea kettle, and all the cooking and dining essentials. With large groups the ice maker may not keep up, so you may need to buy extra ice. Please do not put bags of ice into the ice dispenser, as it damages the motor.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Living Room
The expansive living room (23 x 18 feet) has exposed wood ceilings and plenty of space for family gatherings. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV with free cable (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps). French doors lead to the pool and bar area.

Outdoor Space
The private yard has high walls for privacy. The highlight is the massive outdoor bar area, with bar stools, a sink and the BBQ grill built right into the bar. Take a dip in the 10 x 23-foot pool (4.5 feet deep throughout), or unwind on the lounge chairs in the sun. The dining table seats 10 under large shade sails, which also shade the ping pong table, and there is an outdoor shower.

Outdoor Games
Mega chess, ping pong table with paddles and balls, regulation-size cornhole, Kan Jam with frisbee, pool basketball and Jenga.

Bedrooms
5 bedrooms, sleeps 12. 2 bedrooms are en-suites: Bedroom 1, the master in the main house, and Bedroom 2, a detached bedroom with its own entrance from the backyard and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are in the main house. The master bedroom also has a desk and chair if you need to work remotely. All bedrooms have king beds and smart TVs, and detached Bedroom 2 also has a twin trundle (a twin bed with an additional twin bed underneath). Instead of closets, each bedroom has a dresser plus a hanging rack for clothes with a wood shelf on top for extra items.

Bathrooms
3.5 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is the en-suite in the master bedroom (Bedroom 1), Bathroom 2 is the en-suite in detached Bedroom 2, Bathroom 3 is a full hallway bathroom in the main house shared by Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, and there is a half bath outside in the yard near the bar and dining area. Each full bathroom has a stand-up shower with a modern glass shower panel and a detachable shower head. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry Room
The laundry room around the side of the house has 1 washer and 1 dryer. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs and beach towels (one per person). We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Additional Amenities
Iron and ironing board, vacuum, and a safe in the master bedroom.

Children
Please note the villa is not specifically childproofed. A baby crib (with fitted sheet) is in the master bedroom, and a highchair is always provided. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. There are no outlet covers or safety gates. The property is fully walled, but there is no fence directly around the pool.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. A lockbox is located at the front door; you'll receive the code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. There is plenty of parking right in front of the property. Guests have full access to the entire villa, except the owner's closet outside in the backyard, to the left of the bar.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
