8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
We had a great stay at the Suites and will definitely be going back. I can’t say enough about what it offers. It is an amazing central location near grocery, green space, the bike trail and old town Scottsdale and just a hop over to Tempe. It had all the amenities on the grounds with the pool, hot tub, cornhole, putt putt golf and barbecues and the grounds were very nice looking and taken care of. They also offered bike rentals on site. Our room had everything you need. It’s basic and nothing fancy as it is older apartments but they have plenty of room and are clean. The employees are fabulous. Lucas and Evelynn were amazing. Every time we needed something they took care of it immediately. I can’t say enough about them doing such a great job and how friendly they were. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Excellent location, nice, clean, friendly, rooms are very dated and the kitchen is very basic. The AC was not turned on until March 15.

Property did not look quite like the pictures. The Bathroom mirror and sink were dirty as well as the shower, and the place had a funky smell to it. Otherwise it was alright.

The place was roomy and exactly as advertised. Loved that we could bring the dogs, and the park behind the property was perfect for morning walks.
