Cosy holiday apartment in Zambratija – just a few steps from the sandy beach
This cosy holiday apartment in Zambratija is located just about 50 metres from the sea and is a lovely choice for anyone who appreciates proximity to the beach, a quiet environment and short distances during their holiday. At around 40 m², the accommodation offers space for up to 4 people and is well suited for couples, small families or friends travelling together.
Please note two important points before booking: Pets are not permitted in this accommodation. This applies to dogs of any size. Should guests nevertheless arrive with a pet, admission can be refused or the stay can be terminated. A refund of the accommodation price already paid is not provided in this case.
Towels are not provided by the landlord and must be brought by guests themselves. Please take this into account when planning your trip.
The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double sofa bed as well as two single beds, providing practical sleeping options for up to four guests. The kitchen is functionally equipped and allows for straightforward self-catering. The facilities include, among other things, a refrigerator, a kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
A private balcony invites you to start the day with breakfast in the open air or to wind down the evening in a relaxed manner. Pleasant temperatures are ensured by both air conditioning and central heating. WiFi and satellite TV are also available.
A private car park directly at the house makes arrival easy. Particularly pleasant is the location close to the beach: the sea and the nearest beach are accessible after just about 50 metres. A supermarket is located approximately 400 metres away, and the nearest bus stop is only around 100 metres from the accommodation. Restaurants, shops and attractions in the surrounding area of Zambratija and Umag can also be reached conveniently.
The flat is a good starting point for relaxed beach days as well as for excursions along the Istrian coast. Walks, cycling tours and visits to the surrounding coastal towns offer additional variety during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please also note that no pets are allowed and no towels are provided.
