***PLEASE NOTICE- Beginning October 12, 2026 Crystal Shores West will be starting their Breezeway deck restoration project. This project is estimated to last until the end of November 2026. During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. This WILL cause disruption to guests staying at the property. Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Our stay was a 10/10! We didn't have any issues during our visit. The place was clean and had everything my kids and I needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a question at check-in, but we called the number provided, and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I had *the* best week - this is going to be my new go-to vacation spot in Gulf Shores! The unit was exactly as described and very clean. And the location is great too! I loved everything about it, including how communicative the host was. They checked on me the day I arrived and several times throughout the week to make sure everything was perfect. The linens felt brand new and the complementary toiletries were really nice - not your standard options. The beach is so lovely, as is the boardwalk. And Ike's Beach Service is 100% the way to go! I also found that going mid-May was perfect b/c spring break was behind us, most kids were still in school, college kids hadn't arrived yet, and Memorial Day was a week away. The beach was quiet, traffic was lighter and the wait at restaurants was much more palatable than high season! The water was a little cold though, but b/c it wasn't as hot you didn't have to RUN to the water to cool off. Don't get me wrong - I will still go later in the summer if that's how things line up.Thanks for a great week - I can't wait to return!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it. The cleanliness, the view, comfortable king size bed and linens, and the prompt attention of the property management team. This is our 3rd stay at Crystal Shores West.

Condo was very pleasant and stocked with the essentials. Property overall seemed Clean and well maintained. Beach access was easy and made for a great time.
